Heart.work integrates with Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and earlier Dynamics NAV implementations. Dynamics acts as the primary source for products, customers, pricing agreements, conditions and stock levels. This data is made available within Heart.work so that the webshop and mobile ordering app directly reflect the existing ERP structure and logic.
Data exchange aligned with your Dynamics version
Microsoft Dynamics environments differ in architecture and integration capabilities. Modern cloud based Dynamics 365 Business Central environments provide standard REST and OData APIs that enable structured, near real time data exchange. In these cases, product data, customer records, pricing structures and stock levels can be synchronised through documented endpoints in a controlled and predictable way.
Older Dynamics NAV or on premise environments may rely on web services, OData feeds, scheduled exports or middleware solutions. Heart.work adapts to the available integration layer.
