Why we exist
Many businesses want to digitalize and modernize, but for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), that’s easier said than done. Outdated ERP systems, limited integrations, and increasing complexity make it hard to keep up. Heart.work exists to break that pattern — by unlocking the data you already own and making it work for you.
For example many wholesalers want to professionalise their digital sales. In practice, that often means adding layers to an existing webshop, working around ERP limitations or starting complex custom projects that are difficult to maintain.
We saw that pattern repeatedly. Strong wholesale businesses with solid ERP foundations, but without a commerce environment that truly fits their operational reality.
Instead of building “just another webshop”, we focused on something more fundamental: a full B2B commerce platform that connects directly to the ERP and supports daily wholesale processes without forcing a rebuild of the organisation.

Development started in 2019 with a clear goal: create a commerce platform that wholesalers can use without long IT projects, heavy customisation or organisational disruption.
Today, a team of professionals works daily on the continued development of Heart.work Commerce. The platform is battle tested in real wholesale environments, supporting high order volumes and large assortments with customer specific pricing, structured product data and direct ERP integration.
