EZ-Base Integration
Heart.work integrates with EZ-Base as a structured source of enriched product content for wholesalers. In most wholesale environments, the ERP contains transactional data such as item numbers, pricing logic and stock availability. EZ-Base complements this with commercially relevant content including product descriptions, images and, in the case of chemical products such as paint, safety data sheets.
The wholesaler provides its article file to EZ-Base. EZ-Base matches these articles against its database and returns validated and enriched content. Heart.work then combines this enrichment with ERP data into a single, consistent product model that powers the webshop, mobile ordering app and other connected systems.
